What you'll do
- Design and build full-stack features across Next.js, PostgreSQL and Supabase
- Integrate LLM features with evaluation, guardrails and observability
- Lead technical discovery with clients and turn it into clear scopes
- Review code, raise the bar on testing and mentor mid-level engineers
What we look for
- 5+ years building production web applications, 2+ with React and TypeScript
- Strong SQL and data-modelling skills
- Comfortable owning delivery and talking to clients directly
- Clear written communication in an async, remote team
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG or agent systems
- React Native
- Infrastructure as code
